Guy is a qualified personal trainer and has been mentored by leading coaches in Australia and New Zealand. Guy founded the Brotherhood Gym to create a community where men can support each other to get stronger mentally, physically, financially and grow socially.

Guy specialises in conscious, controlled movements, which promote a functional, healthy, mobile and versatile body.

Guy's mission is to Optimise the Human Experience, where he believes harmonising a loving relationship between mind, body & soul will ultimately lead towards stronger, better men.

GUY ANDERSON

HEAD FITNESS COACH & NUTRITIONIST

Adam has been researching and experimenting with different training methods for over 7 years, specialising in strength and resilience training. Adam facilitates Brotherhood classes, nutrition programs, and is the head trainer for The Spartan Program.

His love for the hardship and comradery of group fitness was first discovered during his time in the Australian Army, and he truly believes this is what all men need.Adam’s mission is to raise the standard of the modern man through conscious conversations and physical training.

Jess is a strength and conditioning coach with a background in aesthetic bodybuilding and nutrition. Jess helps men become the best version of themselves. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase endurance, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, Jess is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Jess is a massive advocate for men’s mental health and works with you to help improve your mind, body and spirit. Jess offers personal training through the RISE&GRIND program to help men rise above their limits. Your path to greatness starts today.

JESS PURCELL

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE COACH

Jonny comes from a Professional Rugby background and sports performance coaching. He coaches brotherhood classes as well as offering personal 1-on-1 coaching designed to help improve strength and athletic performance.

Jonny has had the privilege over the last 15 years of working alongside men of all backgrounds helping them to achieve physical and mental excellence throughout his rugby and coaching journey in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom and a variety of other countries in Europe.

Jack runs The Hercules Project, which is a program designed to help men build strength, improve physique, eat healthier and grow their mindsets.

Jack focuses on helping men’s functional mobility, movement and breathing patterns with a battle-tested technique applied to every movement to ensure you become the strongest version of yourself.

The Hercules Project includes full Brotherhood Membership and exclusive access to The Hercules Project training sessions and a digital training app to help you get 10-20% stronger across your lifts.

MEN’S HEALTH & SEXUALITY FACILITATOR

Tyran Mowbray is a Men's Health & Sexuality Facilitator. He is an expert at guiding men into their hearts & soul, so that they can express all of who they are without shame, fear or ridicule. 

Tyran leads the Embodied Men’s Circle to help men deal with life’s challenges. The Embodied Men’s Circle helps men through the expression, release and transmission of emotional unseen baggage that we all carry from life’s transgressions.

The Advanced Man Weekend was created by Tyran to help men create health, wealth and build stronger relationships.

OSTEOPATHY & REHABILITATION

Dr. Ashley Hamilton makes it his mission to change the level of care provided to his clients. From working with thousands of clients as an Osteopath and Personal Trainer Ash noticed too often clients are frequently labelled, disempowered and left in the dark with their pain. No matter the obstacles you need to overcome Dr. Ashley Hamilton takes the time to understand who he is truly dealing with and how he can help you through rehabilitation to recover and overcome the things holding you back from your full potential. Brotherhood offers Step One Recovery group sessions you can incorporate into your training and a free initial consultation with The Spartan Program.
